Yes, we offer tasting sessions for a small fee, which is credited towards your final booking. You can sample a selection from your proposed menu and adjust to your preference.
We cover a 50-mile radius from our kitchen, which includes the surrounding areas. For queries outside this range, we may still be able to assist with remote planning, but we need to discuss feasibility.
We recommend booking at least four to six weeks ahead for weekends and holiday periods. For larger events, a longer lead time is advised to secure your date and plan thoroughly.
We do not supply tables, chairs, or linens, but we can recommend reliable rental partners. Our focus is on menu planning, food preparation, and logistical coordination with your venue.
If you cancel at least 14 days before the event, you receive a full refund of your deposit. Within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable, but we may reschedule once based on availability.

We craft a detailed menu proposal with clear pricing, including ingredient sourcing and preparation time, and adjust based on your feedback.
If you choose, we host a tasting session to refine flavours and presentation, then finalise the menu and logistics plan.
On the day, we prepare and coordinate with your venue to ensure everything runs smoothly, from delivery timing to setup and service support.
